October 14th-18th


Homeroom-  For homeroom this week I decided to talk about Thomas Edison. Thomas spent most of his childhood in a small town in Michigan. He was not the smartest kid and he always had so much energy. All of his teachers got furious with him. This upset his mom, so she pulled Thomas out of school and decided. Thomas read like every book in the library and soon started his own business selling vegetables, candy, and newspapers to people on the trains. As a teenager he left home to be a telegraph operator. A local union company paid him although of money for making a better telegraph. He used that money to make his own laboratory for his inventions. Thomas hired some scientists and worked around the clock on developing new technology. One of his first inventions was the phonograph. But his best invention of all time was electric lighting. Even though he didn't invent the lightbulb he got e better one patterned and made alought of money. Then he spent most of his life finding ways to put his light bulb in people houses. He found a way to share power through power lines that went through local nabrahoods. His legacy lives on. That is what i learned about for homeroom this week.


L.A- For L.A i've been doing grammaropolis but i finished that and know i am doing i write source book. I am currently on page 49 and have been learning hoe to make a proper sentence. This week in that book i have been doing a review on what i have already learned in earlier lessons. How i do that is i read a sentence and i put in all the correct punctuations. I plan on learning about advanced civilization.

Science- For science this week i found out why rain forest grow super high. The rainforest is called the rainforest because it rains every day. The traese need sunlight so they have to grow very hight to get that sunlight. That is why rainforests grow very high.


drone videography- For my drone class i finished my drone safety video. In this video i decided to show what not to do. What i mean is i took the top rules and made a little video on what that rule says not to do. I used toys to pull these rules off. One of the rule is to never fly over a fire or fireman or policeman. So i took some fireman toys set them down and i flew over them. Simple as that.

Music-  This week for my music i learned about the double stroke rule. Different from last weeks single stroke rule this is 2 stroke on each hand. This technique is used to get a specific sound with your drum. I feel like this technique make it so that when you play it make it so that you can play so much faster. That is what i learned about for music this week.
